Most orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days (weekends and holidays not included) of receiving the payment. We call it ‘handling time’. Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days depending on the country. Your shipping costs will depend on the weight of the package and the country of delivery. To calculate shipping to your country, just add goods into the shopping cart, choose your country and the shipping costs will be displayed.

Express Mail Service (EMS) — Express door-to-door delivery by air with a tracking number. Delivery time is 3-10 business days (excluding handling time).

FedEx Express  — Express door-to-door delivery by air with a tracking number. Delivery time is 3-7 business days (excluding handling time).

TNT Express  — Express door-to-door delivery by air with a tracking number. Delivery time is 3-7 business days (excluding handling time).

As soon as the order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number to check on the delivery status of your package. If your order contains hazardous or oversized parts, it may have limited shipping options and sometimes can’t be shipped by a chosen shipping method. In this case, we will contact you and discuss alternative methods of shipping. If you’re happy with proposed changes, we’ll proceed with shipping your order.

If you decline to receive the package, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and will be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties we’re charged.
